Namibia: Housing Market Moving At 'Pedestrian Pace'

MORE and more properties, especially upper-market ones, are sitting in the market and eventually sell below asking price, Namene Kalili, FNB Namibia's manager of research and competitor intelligence, said in the analysis of his latest House Price Index.
