Angola: Re-Inauguration of Central Post Office Station in Luanda

Luanda — The Angolan minister of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, José Carvalho da Rocha inaugurated Thursday the main post office station in Luanda attached to the country's Post Office, after seven years dormant.

The post office reopens with a series of traditional services considered useful to the population, with stress to the acceptance of mail, sale of stamps, postal orders, philately and rental apart."

As an innovation, the Central Postal station of Luanda launched, among other products, Media Post, traditional telephony services and mobile, videoconferencing room and Internet, respectively.

According to the minister José Carvalho da Rocha, the new offer of services represents the introduction of the new mail design, recover of its popularity and postal network in benefit of citizen.
