Egypt: Rafah Crossing to Be Sealed for Five Days Starting Today

Rafah crossing will be sealed for five days starting Friday on the occasion of the weekend and Eid el-Fitr holiday, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported.

Work will be resumed on Wednesday morning according to a new operating mechanism and the crossing will be opened for humanitarian cases and pilgrims returning from Saudi Arabia, the news agency quoted an official source at the crossing as saying.
