Photo: Wambugu Kanyi/The Star PRIME minister Raila Odinga has described his former advisor Miguna Miguna as "a madman in a market place" who should be ignored. Raila was speaking yesterday at Bondo CDF offices when he toured Bondo-Misori road, which is under construction. The PM said he chosen not to respond to Miguna's claims lest the public thinks they are true.
Raila accused Miguna of being part of a clique of anti-reformists who have ganged up against him to ensure that he does ascend to the presidency and implement the new constitution. He asked members of the public to ignore such people and focus on leaders, who will deliver the country from bad governance.
The PM said the general election will be a two-horse race between the reform-oriented ODM and another one which has yet to emerge. "This election is important because it will be the first under new constitution to usher a new and meaningful leadership," said Raila.
He was accompanied by Finance assistant minister Oburu Oginga, Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo and Alego-Usonga politician Odunga Mamaba among others.

PM we have hardly six (6) remaining for the general election to be held. Kenyans view this moment as highly crucial that you as the driver of the political change in this country should concentrate on more dynamic logistics on the forth coming general election slated on March 4,2013.
Whilst your fellow contenders by proxy throw salvo on your discreet political manoeuvres to tilt Kenyan expectations from realizing political dream on the new constitution implementation process, you should disdain to respond to the likes of Miguna and his "peeling back the mask". These are just a ploys by the perpetrators of economic crime from the former two regimes who have immutable set of moral precepts on the constitution reform agenda.
Once more PM you should know that, Kenyans view your as their only hope and bridge to the promised land. Political turbulence inflicted by anti reformists including Miguns' 'peel back the mask' were intended to demonize your well built political stature. Kenyans are aware of the same and as a pragmatic leader, you need to demonstrate to all Kenyans including non reformist the paradigm of smooth political change over to new constitution.
Lastly prayers are required from all churches including pagans in order for the almighty God, the God of Abraham, the God of Moses, Jacob and David to plan with all Kenyans to conduct peaceful general election on March 4, 2013.
