Eritrea: We Would Back Up Endeavors Towards Ensuring Hagaz's Center's Development, Say Residents

Hagaz — The residents of Hagaz expressed readiness to back up endeavors towards ensuring the semi-urban center's development and upholding the prevalence of security. They made the pledge at an assessment meeting conducted there.

Mr. Tiumzgi Yohanes, Administrator of Hagaz, said that significant development accomplishments have been registered in the semi-urban center on the basis of popular undertakings.

Cap. Kidane Woldemichael, commander of the police station in Hagaz, pointed out that the residents have been demonstrating impressive cooperation with the police force, and called on them to raise their awareness as regards law. He also called on parents to play due role in bequeathing cultural values to the young generation.

Mr. Idris Mohammed Hamd, Administrator of Hagaz sub-zone, called on the residents to enhance participation in endeavors to register still more gratifying accomplishment in all domains of development and environmental hygiene.

The participants of the meeting put forth views regarding a number of issues.
