UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema has written a letter to President Sata asking him to intervene in the proposed hike of electricity tariffs and load shedding by Zesco.
In the letter dated August 21, 2012 and made available to the Times in Lusaka yesterday, Mr Hichilema said the proposed tariff hike was unjustifiable and a contradiction of the Patriotic Front (PF)'s campaign pledges.
