Nigeria: Port-Harcourt Musician, Slim Burna to Release New Mixtape 'I'm On Fire'

Burgeoning Port-Harcourt singjay Gabriel Halliday a.k.a Slim Burna has revealed that he is working on a new mixtape which will serve as a prelude to his Dirty Dancehall album. So far, the young sensation has released one single from the mixtape called "I'm On Fire", but apparently he's expected to churn out at least two or three more singles.

Slim Burna is best known for his effortless ability to fuse Hiphop and Dancehall. His lyrics are often about what affects him, his experiences and sticktoitiveness delivered in an inimitable style, while most of his songs admit more to fondness for the opposite sex.

Apart from his single releases, Slim Burna has previously released a couple of compilations, most notably.

The Streets Mixtape volumes 1, 2 and 3 which featured great songs from the upcoming and some of the best artists the Niger Delta and South South music scene has to offer.

While a release date hasn't been announced yet, the forthcoming project will serve as Slim Burna's first solo mixtape effort and the Port-Harcourt-raised artist looks to prove himself worthy and not just hugely talented, but also massively prolific.
