Kano — Several farmlands have been destroyed by floods from an overflowing river located in between Tudun Wada and Doguwa Local Government areas of Kano State.
Villagers said hundreds of farms situated in Burji, Dogon Kawo and Gimawa villages, were affected by the disaster, even as they warned that more farmlands and homes are facing threats from the surging river.
