Angola: President Unveils Children Development Centre

Luanda — The President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, this afternoon unveiled a child development centre dubbed Nova Esperança, in Luanda's Cacuaco Municipality, Angop has learnt.

The centre will host vulnerable children, meant their protection, promotion, update them through a process of an excellence education, privileging the human relations.

The development of partnerships with families and the community, taking into account the social well-being to create differentiated social response are also part of the goals of the undertaking.

It can accommodate 1,822 children, aged between six to 18 years old, of both sexes.
