Namibia: Illegal Grazing Trial Thrown Off Course

THE trial of close to 30 farmers accused of illegally settling in and grazing their livestock in the Kavango Region was thrown off track when the presiding magistrate recused himself from continuing to hear the matter yesterday.

Magistrate Victor Nyazo recused himself from the trial in the Kahenge Magistrate's Court after the 27 accused farmers yesterday asked for his recusal.
