Egypt: Arabi Affirms Govt Keenness On Cooperation With Japan

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ashraf al-Arabi affirmed on Sunday26/8/2012 the Government's keenness on enhancing cooperation with Japan through a variety of projects.

The minister's remarks came during his meeting today with Japanese Ambassador here Norihiro Okuda.

The meeting took up ways of boosting joint projects like the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).

For his part, Okuda affirmed his country's readiness to fully cooperate with the Egyptian government in achieving societal and economic development.
