Liberia: Dismissed Magistrate Gives Legal Grounds for Chief Justice, Others Impeachment

The Former Stipendiary Magistrate of the Bensonville Magisterial Court, Peter T.K Gonsahn, who was dismissed for allegedly disrespecting the Supreme Court of Liberia has for the first time given legal reason why he wants Chief Justice, Johnnie N. Lewis and Associate Justice, Jamessetta Howard Wolokollie to be impeached from their respective positions.

Mr. Gonsahn who recently refiled a petition for the impeachment of the two senior judicial officials said his bill of impeachment filed before the 53rd legislature is in line with legal frame work and is also back by legal grounds .
