RESIDENTS of Kisauni Street in Zanzibar have raised concern over increasing littering of the area, with used diapers, asking municipal authorities to take disciplinary measures against polluters.
"We are putting ourselves in danger of contracting diseases such as diarrhoea and dysentery, among others, through reckless dumping of pampers. People should stop this unhealthy habit," Ms Fatma Hassan lamented.
