Egypt: Mursi - Syrian Regime Should Go

President Mohamed Morsi warned on Wednesday 5/9/2012 that time is running out for the Syrian regime.

The Syrian people have made up their minds that this regime should go, Morsi told a meeting of Arab foreign ministers at the Arab League (AL) headquarters. The Syrian regime should learn from "recent and ancient history", Morsi said.

He pressed for joint Arab action to put an end to the suffering of Syrians, noting there is still a chance to spare Syrian blood.

Morsi also stressed the importance of supporting Sudan overcome its current problems and stressed that Somalia as well needs more Gulf support to face challenges.
