The trial involving 12 ladies said to be packaging staff of Denton Enterprise who sued the defendant for unlawful dismissal was adjourned to the 5th September for hearing. The case is ongoing at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court before Magistrate Dawda Jallow.
After the adjournment was made, the ladies were cautioned to maintain the silent order of the court otherwise they will be punished for making noise. The presiding magistrate further advised them to discuss their concern with their group leader (Mariama Kujabi) before coming to court, to avoid side discussions.
