Shahed Elhafed — The Saharawi coordinator with MINORSO Mhamed Khadad held talks on Thursday with The Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General for Western Sahara, Mr. Wolfgang Weisbrod-Weber, at the headquarters of the central Protocol, Shahed Elhafed.

The meeting discussed the last developments of the Saharawi cause on the light of the report of the UN Secretary General on Western Sahara

The Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General for Western Sahara, Mr. Wolfgang Weisbrod-Weber, arrived today in the Saharawi refugee camps .

The visit comes in parllel with preliminary report of Robert F. kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights which shed light on the grave human rights abuses committed by the Moroccan authorities of occupation against the Saharawi population in occupied territories.

The RFK Center which led international human rights delegation to the occupied Western Sahara and Sahrawi refugee camps, renewed call for human rights monitoring among the MINORSO mandate.
