LISTED Hospitality group, Rainbow Tourism Group (RTG) will retrench 20 percent of its staff as it moves to contain costs and realign its operations to become profitable.
The country's second largest hospitality group said the exercise would affect all departments in which the company could reduce employees without affecting service.
