27 villagers were today denied access to the grain loan scheme by Kwangwari Mukasi, Samson Mukasi, Jacob Mumbire and Takura Chiduku who are Zanu PF hoodlums in Mukasi Village, Masvingo South.
The villagers have since approached the local Joint Monitoring and Implementation Committee for assistance.
Meanwhile, preparations for the MDC 13th Anniversary celebrations to be held at White City Stadium in Bulawayo on 29 September 2012 are at an advanced stage.
