The Winners Incorporated promoter of Football in the country, has given away the amount of LD$150,000.00 free to the Liberia National Team, the Lone Star.

The amount was part of Winners Inc. contribution to the team as she takes on the Super Eagles of Nigeria this Saturday, at the SKD Sports Complex in Monrovia in the African Cup Nations qualifier to take place in South Africa.

The amount was presented by the Marketing Manager of Winners Fallah Brima, to the Chairperson of the Lone Star Mobilization Senator Geraldine Doe-Sheriff, during the launching of the "Operation Crush Nigeria" last Tuesday, at an elaborate program held under the basement of the Ministry of Education.

Presenting the amount, Winners Marketing Manager Fallah Brima said, his entity being the fastest and young growing company in the country is here to promote sports especially soccer to the fullest.

He said the donation was in no way intended to promote the company but rather to serve as an encouragement and motivation for the players of the national team to become victorious over her counterpart come this Saturday.

He narrated that though the amount may be little but rather it was Winners Incorporated own way of identifying with the Lone Star and the Mobilization Committee of the National Team.

He then call on all Liberians to go out this Saturday in their National Colors (the Red, White and Blue) to cheer their team to victory, while Winners Inc. has wish the team nothing less than victory. It can be recall that Winners Inc. recently dished out huge amount to the promotion of the Game.

Winners recently presented the amount of One Hundred Thousand Liberian Dollars (LD$100,000.00) to the winning team in the just ended Winners Inc. Annual Tournament held at the D. Tweh Sports Pitch in New Kru Town.

Receiving the amount Senator Doe-Sheriff thanked the Winners Inc. for the donation. She promised the donation will be used for the intended purpose.

Sen. Doe-Sheriff also said she hope that other Liberian Companies and foreigners as partners in progress will follow the good example of Winners Inc. to help motivate the Team.
