Nigeria: Eland Oil Raises N29.5 Billion to Buy Nigerian Block

West African-focused Scottish Firm, Eland Oil and Gas has successfully raised N29.5 billion, about 118 billion Pounds to buy a stake in Oil Mining Lease (OML) 40 in Nigeria.

The deal was sealed after the company was listed in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, three years after the company was founded.
