Angola: Savings, Credit Bank Grants Over 90 Million Kwanzas

Lubango — Over 98 million Kwanzas were made available by the Savings and Credit Bank (BPC) to traders of Huila province for the implementation of the Rural Commerce Programme, Angop has learnt.

The funds will be used in the acquisition of transports, goods, construction and rehabilitation of small shops, said on Tuesday here a source with the provincial department of commerce, hotels and tourism, Abílio Kapingala.

The money is only designed for 18 traders of the Municipalities of Matala, Quipungo, Cacula, Chicomba and Lubango.

This programme will benefit 45,800 rural families in southern Huila Province.
