Windhoek — The Namibia Transport and Allied Workers Union (Natau) has taken Air Namibia to the Office of the Labour Commissioner for conciliation and arbitration.
The airline stands accused of not taking the workers' demands seriously because Air Namibia's negotiating committee literally laughed when informing the union that they have a mandate for 'zero increases for this year's salary increments'.
