Egypt: Water Resources Minister Visits High Dam, Lake Nasser

Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Mohamed Bahaeddin visited on Saturday 15/9/2012 the High Dam, Lake Nasser and Aswan Reservoir to inspect work of the Public Authority for the High Dam and Aswan Reservoir which measures water level in the lake.

Aswan's Governor Moustafa el-Said and number of senior officials in the ministry accompanied Bahaeddin. The minister inspected also irrigation utilities as well as services provided to farmers in different parts of the governorate. He announced said the flood of this year was good noting that LE350 million have been allocated to maintain Aswan reservoir.
