Luanda — The secretary general of the Angolan Olympic Committee, Mário Rosa, Tuesday left for Mauritius to attend the annual seminar of the secretaries-general of the African Olympic Committees from 20 to 23 September, Angop has learnt.
The forum will assess the implementation of programmes of Olympic Solidarity for the current 2008/2012 period.
Issues like the African Youth Games in 2014, in Botswana, Youth Olympic Games in 2014, in Nanjing (China), and Pan-African games2015 in Congo, will also be discussed at the meeting in Mauritius.
