Sudan: Ministry of Livestock Reviews Aspects of Cooperation With the Private Companies Working in the Domains of Agricultural and Animal Investment

Khartoum — The Minister of Animal Resources, Fisheries and Pastures Dr. Faisal Hassan Ibrahim has discussed aspects of the joint cooperation with the private companies working in the fields of agricultural and animal investment.

This came when Dr. Ibrahim discussed with the American Investment delegation the ways of cooperation in the fields of animal resources, fodder cultivation and poultry industry to contribute to bridging of fodder gap by introduction of modern technologies in the cultivation of fodder and its inputs, pointing out that Sudan enjoys infrastructure assisting in investment encouragement to improve animal sector, increase of production and productivity to ensure flow of export of live and slaughtered animals.

The American delegation, meanwhile, expressed full readiness to cooperate and open wider horizons with the ministry besides opening of new markets for the Sudanese animal production.
