Kenya: Housing Finance Unveils Networking Club

Mortgage lender Housing Finance has unveiled a networking club for the property industry promising to link players including home buyers, developers and sellers.

The lender promises members of the Connecting Link Club access to negotiated discounts from various suppliers of construction materials, and concession on commitment fees on personal mortgages and on subsequent developments where it finances a development.

Membership requirements include operating a current account with the lender and an annual subscription fee of Sh12,000.

Other benefits touted for the club include property bus tours, access to HF-organised property expos, educational talks with building industry experts and international trips.
