Ahead of this afternoon's match at Nakivubo Stadium, both clans are out to get on the score sheet after a goalless first leg last Saturday.
The other semi final between Engeye and Embogo clans will be played on Thursday. Engeye enter the field as favourites having won the first leg 2-0 on Monday at Nakivubo Stadium.
Coached by Frank Video Anyau, Mbogo are perennial campaigners and finished runner-up last year. Their last taste of the title was way back in 1950 and the question now is; can they write history by overturning the first leg loss and make it to the final?
To qualify for the semis, Empeewo eliminated Engabi-Ensamba. Mbogo ejected Ekkobe 5-2 aggregate, Nakinsige beat Engo 4-1 while Engeye eliminated Balangira 2-1. The Kobil-sponsored football tournament final is scheduled for the 29th this month at Nakibubo Stadium.
Ekkobe's Sam Kayongo currently leads the scoring charts with 10 goals followed by Nakinsige's Arthur Semazzi on 9.
