Luanda — The chairman of Angola's Athletics Federation (FAA) Carlos Rosa, has announced that he will present his candidature for a second mandate of the organ, whose elections are set for November 06, in Luanda, Angop has learnt.
Carlos Rosa told Angop that the decision aims at continuing the programme outlined four years ago, mainly training of cadres, the construction in Angola of a centre of profiting of the African Portuguese-speaking countries, in Caála municipality, Huambo province.
The electoral commission is chaired by Mariano de Almeida, assisted by João Francisco and Domingos Tores.The current managing board was elected in 2008 and Carlos Rosa replaced Carlos Teixeira.
