The ICC will not investigate the Tana Delta Killings because the government has moved to probe and arrest the arrest the suspected perpetrators, the court's outreach programme coordinator Marie Mabinty Kamara has said.
She said the ICC can only intervene if it is mandated by the United Nations Security council resolution after the matter is referred to it.
