Kenya: Police Release Photos of Key Terror Suspects

Police have released photographs of six al Shabaab fighters who have moved to Kenya from Somalia after Kenya Defence Forces marched into Kismayu. Police said the six are heavily armed and dangerous. Among them is a man identified as Mahmud Abdi El Aziz alias Hakim Masri who is an expert in explosives.

Aziz is said to be a close associate of one of the top al Shabab commanders in Somalia Ahmed Iman who is a close ally of al Shabab chief Fazul Elfaizal. Police spokesman Eric Kiraithe said police have heightened patrol along the Kenya-Somalia border. He said immigration officers in all entry points have been put on high alert.
