Uganda: Permanent Secretary Hands Over Office Over Scam

The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Public Service, Jimmy Lwamafa has handed over office to Adah Kabalokole Muwanga, the director of Human Resource Management who took office on Monday after Lwamafa was interdicted and told to vacate the office.

Lwamafa and three other officials were interdicted following police investigations into the shs63billion pensioners' funds scam that were paid to ghost beneficiaries.
