EAST Africa Portland Cement boss Kepher Tande has announced changes to the firm's top management, removing some of the managers who took sides during the leadership wrangles witnessed few months ago.
The changes have affected key departments including production and human resources, which are key in strategy implementation and operations.
Following the changes, Charles Charo is the new Head of Production Operations replacing Kananga M'chebere who was sacked. John Ole Kimanjoi has been appointed the Head of Human Resources and Administration, a position previously held by Stephen Kamau who was also sacked.
Other appointments are: Joseph Kombo and James Mutisya who are the new production manager and maintenance and projects manager.
