Morogoro — Tanzania has been advised to address the late distribution of subsidized vouchers so as to fasten the implementation of Kilimo Kwanza initiative effectively.
Speaking to East African Business Week, in Morogoro last week, some smallholder farmers said that the late delivery of the subsidies forced them to continue using poor farming methods which resulted into poor harvests.
