The National Judicial Council (NJC) has told a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja that President Goodluck Jonathan has no power to reinstate the suspended President of the Court of Appeal (PCA), Justice Isa Ayo Salami or any other Justice of the Appellate Court.
The Council insisted that the power to recall Salami exclusively belonged to it without any recourse to any other authority outside the NJC, including the president.
