THE 109 men remaining in the dock in the main Caprivi high treason trial face a wait of almost four months before they will hear whether their application to be acquitted after the close of the prosecution's case against them has been successful.
Judge Elton Hoff yesterday postponed proceedings in the trial until February 11 next year, saying he will give his ruling on the defence application for a discharge of the accused on that date.
