After hearing arguments for almost three weeks from the State and from the defence, Judge Elton Hoff will make a ruling on February 13, 2013 whether to release the 109 men accused of trying to secede the Caprivi Region from Namibia.
The protracted treason trial stems from a series of alleged pro-secessionist attacks that erupted in Caprivi on August 2, 1999 in which several people lost their lives.
