Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi sparked off a fresh controversy over the ICC when he said the four Kenyans suspects should be tried locally.
In what appears to be an attempt to curry favor with supporters of Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Eldoret North MP William Ruto who are his rivals for the presidency, Mudavadi said all Kenyans were responsible for the post election violence and said the four Kenyans facing trial at the ICC were sacrificial lambs.
