Liberia: Sup Against Political Party Bill

The Student Unification Party (SUP) says its attention has been drawn to an Act to"Sustain Democracy" through Public Funding to Political Parties, Coalition and Alliances.The SUP said it is worried with the manner and fashion in which Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf is proceeding at the disadvantage of the Liberian people.

SUP wants to inform this government, particularly the 53rd National Legislature that political party, Coalition and Alliances can be sustained through Principle, Philosophy and Ideology and not by allotting Tax Payer's money to political parties and coalitions.
