NINE prison warders sentenced to death four years ago for killing six inmates at King'ong'o Maximum Prison in Nyeri in 2000 want the sentences quashed.
In an appeal to be heard today, the nine warders have cited several anomalies in the judgment of Justice Nicholas Ombija, which was delivered on December 18, 2008.
