Nigeria: Tinubu Asks Mimiko to Quit Guber Race

Akure — Former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu yesterday said he will only forgive Governor Olusegun Mimiko if Mimiko voluntarily steps down for the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) governorship candidate, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu in the present race.

Tinubu who said this while addressing a rally in Governor Mimiko's home town at Ondo, said no amount of pleas will prevent him from disgracing the present government of Labour Party (LP) out of office.
