Six students under the sponsorship of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) left the country recently to begin graduate studies at Dundee University in Scotland. The recipients of this year's scholarships are Oliver Rouhana, Jr., Berlyn A. Sanusie, Fred Koilor, Tobias Wesseh, Elvis K. Crusoe and Marcus Brown Zarway.
The beneficiaries are the first batch of 16 students recently awarded overseas scholarships by NOCAL. The remaining 10 students are scheduled to depart in January next year to commence their studies in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
