Uganda: Col Mwesigye Heckled By Youth Over His Statements

The Member of Parliament for Nyabusozi constituency in Kiruhura district Col Fred Mwesigye was on Wednesday evening booed and heckled at by youth who were attending the 50 years anniversary lectures at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala after the MP said that, "Uganda is a democratic country where elections are not rigged."

A-62 year old Col Mwesigye while in his speech told the hundreds of the youth who were packed in the hall to capacity that, "You have not seen and known how elections are rigged, with that better stop complaining and embrace the freedom and democratic principles that the National Resistance Movement government has brought into this country."
