THE morale and enthusiasm of workers at the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) are ebbing away because no solution has been found to ensure the payment of their November salaries and their thirteenth cheque due in the same month. Speaking from the Netherlands, NBC director general Albertus Aochamub said the financial situation of the broke broadcaster had not changed.
But Aochamub said they were in talks to try and find a solution for the salary dilemma. "The matter is still unresolved at this stage, but discussions are taking place to resolve the situation."
