Nigeria: Customs Chief Wants Charcoal Exportation Banned

Charcoal exportation should be banned due to its deforestation implications, Assistant Comptroller of Customs, Gabriel Toba Aliu, who chaired the technical committee on adjustment of Export Expansion Grant has said.

The customs chief said this while presenting the report of the committee to the executive director of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), David Adulugba.
