The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Tuesday (October 9th) will begin a two-day hearing in The Hague on Libya's request to try Seif-al-Islam, Al Jazeera reported.

The ICC indicted Seif al-Islam al-Kadhafi for crimes against humanity during the pro-democracy uprising last year. He was captured in November 2011.
