Kenya: Eight Elephants Killed for Ivory

Eight elephants have been killed in Tsavo National Park in the latest case of ivory poaching. The adult elephants were killed at Bungule village and the area between Rukinga and Taita ranches bordering the Tsavo West National Park last week.

A source who did not want to be named because of the sensitivity of the matter said "there has been an elephant massacre although KWS has been silent on the issue."
