Nigeria: HRW Accuses Boko Haram, Nigerian Security Forces of 'Crime Against Humanity'

Lagos — The Islamist sect, Boko Haram and Nigerian security forces might have committed crimes against humanity during three years of conflict that has led to the death of no fewer than 2,800 people in the country, Human Rights Watch, HRW, said yesterday.

Crimes against humanity are offences that can lead to prosecution by the International Criminal Court, ICC.
