The Super Eagles of Nigeria this evening at the U.J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar, trashed the Lone Star of Liberia 6 (six) goals to one (1) during the second leg of 2013 Africa Nations Cup qualifier. The first leg ended 2-2 in Liberia a fortnight ago.

Goals from Efe Ambrose, Ahmad Musa, Victor Moses, Obi Mikel and Ikechukwu Uche saw Eagles qualified for the nations cup competition.

Details later… But before that, are you surprised at the goal margin? Do you see this team returning us to the good old days? Do you see any hope of Nigeria reclaiming her enviable position in the soccer world?
