Angola: Country At 14th Summit of African French Speaking Countries

Luanda — The Angolan Foreign minister, Georges Rebelo Pinto Chikoti, is attending the 14th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African French Speaking Countries taking place in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), on behalf of president José Eduardo dos Santos.

The 14th Summit of the African French Speaking Countries was opened Saturday By DRC president, Joseph Kabila Kabange.

According to a note from the Angolan Foreign Ministry (MIREX) that reached Angop on Saturday, the summit going until October 14, will look into such matters as economy, investment, management of natural resources, preservation of environment, democracy, press and speech freedoms.
