Angola: Rains Dislodge 150 People in Kuchi

Menongue — Over 150 people of Kuchi municipality, Kuando Kubango province are homeless, since the weekend, following the heavy rains accompanied by strong winds, Angop has learnt.

The rains also injured one person and destroyed 25 residences, including the roof of the medicine store house.

The local deputy administrator, João Ngongola, said the population is in need of assistance.
